What is Loan Litigation?

Through power of Attorney we will perform a FORENSIC LOAN AUDIT & MORTGAGE FRAUD INVESTIGATION for any violations of the TILA and Fairlending Acts. Our Attorney's will review the actual signed Loan Documents from the Purchase or Refinance loan. If such violations are found we will go to court and obtain a large settlement on client's behalf and/ or could result in the note being called paid in full and home is free and clear!
